• Account information: Name and email address when you register. We do not collect or store passwords — authentication is handled via Google, Facebook, or email magic link (passwordless sign-in).
• Uploaded images: Photos of your home or interior spaces that you upload to generate AI renders. We strongly advise against and prohibit uploading images containing identifiable individuals.
• AI-generated renders: The visual outputs produced by our AI from your uploaded images.
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.
• Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, clicks, and interactions.
• Log data: Server logs including access times, error logs, and referring URLs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 7 for details.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information. See Section 8 for details.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
• We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: Processing your uploaded images through our AI system to generate interior design renders and visualizations.
• Account management: Creating and maintaining your account, authenticating your identity via Google, Facebook, or email magic link, and managing your subscription.
• Billing and payments: Processing subscription payments and managing billing through Lemon Squeezy.
• Customer support: Responding to your inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and processing account deletion requests.
• Service improvement: Analyzing usage patterns and performance data (not your uploaded images) to improve the platform.
• Communications: Sending transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts, and service updates.
• Marketing communications: Sending promotional emails about new features or offerings, which you may opt out of at any time.
• Legal compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
• Security: Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your uploaded images to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models, whether operated by Dream Render AI LLC or any third party. Your images are used solely to generate your requested renders.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI renders, your uploaded images are transmitted to and processed by the following third-party AI infrastructure providers:

• fal.ai — AI inference infrastructure provider. Your images are sent to fal.ai solely for the purpose of generating your requested renders. fal.ai is bound by its own privacy and data handling policies. For more information, visit fal.ai/privacy.
• Replicate — AI model hosting and inference provider. Your images may be sent to Replicate for processing depending on the feature used. Replicate is bound by its own privacy and data handling policies. For more information, visit replicate.com/privacy.

By uploading images to our platform, you consent to this processing. We contractually require these providers to process your images only for the purpose of generating your renders and to maintain appropriate security standards. Neither fal.ai nor Replicate is authorized to use your images for training AI models without your explicit consent.

Images are transmitted securely and are not stored by these providers beyond what is necessary to complete the render generation process.

4. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. When you subscribe to our Services, your payment information (including credit card details) is collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. Dream Render AI LLC does not receive or store your full payment card numbers.

We receive limited transaction information from Lemon Squeezy such as the last four digits of your card, billing country, and transaction confirmation details necessary to manage your subscription. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI processing providers: fal.ai and Replicate, solely to generate your requested renders as described in Section 3.
• Payment processor: Lemon Squeezy, to process subscription payments as described in Section 4.
• Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
• With your consent: For any other purpose with your prior explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specific retention periods are as follows:

• Trial users: Uploaded images and AI-generated renders are retained for up to 180 days from the date of upload, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Subscription users: Uploaded images and renders are retained for the duration of your active subscription, and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow account recovery.
• Account information: Retained for the duration of your account and for up to 3 years after account closure to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial and tax record-keeping laws.
• Usage and log data: Typically retained for up to 12 months for operational and security purposes.

Deletion Requests

You may delete individual images and renders at any time directly through the platform. Deletion is immediate and permanent upon confirmation.

To request deletion of your entire account and all associated personal data, please contact us at support@homevisualizer.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days of verified receipt. Please note that some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., billing records).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

Types of Cookies We Use

• Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function, including authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience.

8. Biometric Data

Dream Render AI LLC does not collect, store, or process biometric identifiers or biometric information, including facial geometry, as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), the Washington My Health MY Data Act, or any similar applicable law.

Our Service is designed for home and interior space visualization only. Our Terms of Service prohibit users from uploading images that contain identifiable individuals. If an uploaded image incidentally contains a person, we recommend you remove or obscure the individual before uploading. Our AI pipeline is not designed to scan, process, or store facial geometry or other biometric features from uploaded images.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Portability: Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your personal data.

International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated in the United States. Data Controller

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Our Services are not directed to or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

14. International Data Transfers

Dream Render AI LLC is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take steps to ensure that transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
